COVID- 19 UPDATE – Cancellation Policy & Safety Protocols

COVID 19 CANCELLATION POLICY:

Good news! There is no fee, no charge, cancellation policy for the duration of the Corona Virus pandemic.

You can cancel at the last minute and you will not incur any cancellation fee or penalty. Indeed, if you are feeling a bit unwell in the hours, days or weeks prior to your tour booking, we’d kindly ask you to cancel your reservation. We’d much prefer you focus on your health than risk the spread of the virus.If the regional borders are closed again or your travel plans are impacted by Corona Virus, you can cancel with no fee, no charge.We take this opportunity to let you know that Go Beyond Tours has gone above and beyond in preparing for the health and safety of your tour experience .The vehicle is thoroughly and hygienically cleaned on a daily basis. Hand sanitiser will be provided to guests.

Tours will only be conducted on a Private Tour basis for the foreseeable future to ensure safe distancing protocols.

Go Beyond Tours is open for business offering Covid safe private tours off the beaten track, away from the crowds.

Our vehicles are cleaned with commercial grade sanitizer between tours. For our guests we have complimentary hand sanitizer and sealed Australian bottled water. Masks and gloves are available on request.
