What are your Covid Cancellation and Safety policies?

You can cancel at the last minute and you will not incur any cancellation fee or penalty. Indeed, if you are feeling a bit unwell in the hours, days or weeks prior to your tour booking, we’d kindly ask you to cancel your reservation. We’d much prefer you focus on your health than risk the spread of the virus. If the regional borders are closed again or your travel plans are impacted by Corona Virus, you can cancel with no fee, no charge. The vehicle is thoroughly and hygienically cleaned on a daily basis. Hand sanitiser will be provided to guests.

Tours will only be conducted on a Private Tour basis for the foreseeable future to ensure safe distancing protocols.

What is the tour vehicle?

A new Toyota Hiace Commuter bus. It is a modern and comfortable mini bus with dual air-conditioning and plenty of leg space. It accommodates up to 13 passengers, but we can arrange an appropriate rental vehicle for larger groups.

What time and where will my tour start?

As it is your private tour, the start-time is up to you. We do recommend an early start for a full-day tour of 7+ hours. Your tour includes pick-up and drop-off to your Sydney hotel, alternative central Sydney location, cruise ship or the airport.

What about lunch and entrance fees?

Yes, these are provided on our Northern Beaches Tour, but not on our other Sydney Tours. On these other tours lunch and attraction entrance fees are not included in your tour price. We do not add them to give you more flexibility on your tour – so you can choose when and what type of cafe or restaurant you’d like to dine in.

Indicative admission fees for each tour’s options can be provided based on standard adult rates (concessions apply for children/students/elderly and families)

Your guide will be happy to recommend a good cafe or restaurant for your lunch, depending on your location when you feel hungry or need a break.

Can I share the tour with another group?

Yes, our Northern Beaches Tour is a shared tour, but all our other Sydney Tours are not combined groups. These other Sydney tours are all fully catered towards individual private groups.

Can I customise my tour?

Absolutely, our Sydney tours are very flexible. We will design your tour around your specific interests and preferred pace.

Do I get a discount if I book more than one tour?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for second and subsequent tours.

Do you offer tours in languages other than English?

Unfortunately, our tours are offered only in English at this time.

Is the guide's gratuity included in the tour price?

Gratuities are completely at your discretion. However, if you are happy with the service provided by your guide, a gratuity is always very much appreciated (usually 10% to 15% of the cost of the touring rate).

Can you arrange airport transfers to our Sydney hotel?

Depending on your arrival time, it may make sense for your driver-guide to collect you at the airport. You can then begin your Sydney tour, before dropping you to your hotel. If you are arriving early and think you may like to do this, request a quote for a combined transfer and tour, here.

We can provide stand-alone airport transfers to and from your Sydney hotel just ask us for a quote.

How far in advance should I book?

It’s best to book as soon as you have confirmed your travel dates, as our tours do get booked well in advance. Please still get in touch for your last minute requests, too, as our schedules can sometimes change. We will always do our best to accommodate you.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, you can pay by PayPal using your credit card before the tour date, by Bank Transfer, or thru our online payment system on our website.

I am travelling with a child - do you provide child car seats?

Yes, we provide child and infant car seats free of charge during our tours. Please advise us at time of booking so we can install it in the vehicle prior to the tour. Under Australian traffic law, young children up to age 7 must be restrained in an approved child or booster seat.

Do the tours cater for guests with reduced Mobility?

Yes, the bus has a number of very useful handrails, and also a portable step can be provided for further accessability in entering/ leaving the bus. Further, we can easily tailor the tour’s stops and sights so as not include the locations that required excessive walking for a guest who is not as mobile.
