Our from Sydney day tour of this magical part of the world promises 26 breath-taking white sandy beaches, crystal clear waters, a smattering of national parks. You can watch dolphins frolic in the impossibly blue waves, or dive into something more adventurous at take a 4WD trip down the huge dunes.

When we arrive in Port Stephens, it’s time to see what the area really has to offer with the option to climb aboard for an unmissable dolphin spotting boat. Keep your eyes peeled for the 150 bottlenose dolphins that call this part of Australia home. Choose to view the magnificent creatures from the viewing deck, or in summer for the more adventurous you can also get even closer via the boom net attached to the back of the boat.

If you’re traveling between May and November, you’ll be able to upgrade to a whale watching cruise as well. The boat will take you further out where you can watch the annual migration of thousands of Humpback and Minke Whales takes place.

After docking back at the Marina we go to a lovely restaurant for a delicious sit down lunch which also has some outstanding elevated water views. After this its time to do a sightseeing drive around all the gorgeous scenic sights of Port Stephens, with a stop on top of a great mountain lookout which has a 240 degree waterways view. This amazing waterway is actually twice the size of Sydney Harbour!

Next, you can either spend some free time exploring Port Stephens in your own way, or you can choose to do the exciting sand boarding option. Where you’ll be taken on a 4WD over the Anna Bay dunes , and get to fly down the peaks on sand boards especially designed for this activity. You will definitely love this fast paced and adrenaline inducing adventure sport!

Once the afternoon comes to a close and we have had a thrilling & full day , we’ll begin to travel back towards Sydney.
